Protege Setup

Hello!

So, I need to understand the different parts of the Protege I can get...

1) If I order a Protege, will it come with the mechanical switch or do I need to order that on the side?

2) What is the difference between "The Protege/USB Adaptor" (which costs $21.99) and the "Protege USB Extension" (which costs $29.99)? To my understanding, the first one is an empty tube you could use WITH the USB Extension? The USB Extension to me, from what I read, will replace the battery in the Protege so I can vape through my computer's USB port... correct?

Hey Durbans ...

1) New Proteges ship with the Mechanical Switch.

2) Protege/USB adapter is the actual adapter to use with Different atomizers. The USB Extension inserts in to the end of the Protege to turn it in to a USB PT

I didn't see an option to buy any 510 atomizers through the website, are you guys out? If you are, could you reccomend a good place to order from?

Do you guys have batteries for the Protege available too? I didn't see them.

Dang that kind of sucks, I just ordered a protege a few days ago, then decided I wanted the mechanical switch for it and ordered that the next day.

oh well, atleast I wont have to install it...

Correct Spivey ... Silver = Tact ... Black = Mechanical. We didn't start shipping units with Mechanical switches until after the first of the year.

Hey Harpo, USB PT still comes with the electrical tact switch. We don't see hardly as many failures on that as we do battery powered devices. Also felt it was better that a small tact switch fail instead of the mechanical failing somehow and blowing up your motherboard
