Hi,
I don't know how to explain it with few words....
It is an alternate list for the ones that already have reserved a number but that would like, if possible, to get a lower serial number. So, for example, suppose that John Perez has reserved the number 5, Peter Popcorn the number 500 and Charlie Nuggets the number 734.
Both, Peter and Charlie would like to have a lower serial number and they request to be add to the "Lower Number" list, in which Peter would have the number 1 and Charlie the number 2.
If John doesn't pay his reserved number, and if Imeo and sellers have time, there could be a possibility for Peter to get the serial number 5, as he has a higher priority than Charlie.
