A new place to discuss all things ProVape-1.

We are getting very close to launching the V2.1 version of the original ProVape. We have made some changes to the atomizer adapter and were going with a stock 510.

While it won't have the removeable atomizer adapter anymore, its got an improved 510 adapter.

You can still use the little metal screw on atomizer adapters to get to a 901, 801 etc. We have all these in stock.

Its not a major update, just a few little tweaks here and there. It will look the same.

Here's the list:
1. We loosened up the 510 atomizer threads for some more airflow
2. The top atomizer adapter is now press fit into the body rather than threaded on
3. Both the end caps are now Stainless Steel :)
4. The battery cap with spring now has a more coarse thread to help prevent cross threading
5. The center contact pin in the atomizer adapter now feeds in from the top to improve the connection.

I just ordered (#2779) 2 end caps for my ProVape. The original one had a burr (after I dropped the cap on the floor)and tonight I actually had to use pliers to get the thing off. Needless to say it is now nasty looking. Will the SS end caps work on V2 or did you change the thread pitch on the tube? Could you tell me what the tap diameter and thread pitch is incase I have to chase the threads on the tube??? They look ok but I will only be able to tell once the new caps get here. Thanks

I got my Red Provape-1 on Saturday! I loaded up a fresh Ce2 Cartomizer and battery and nothing!!? I tried a few more cartomizers (I exclusively use Ce2's) and nothing! I was about to request an RMA when I decided to try some of my old Boge, SLB and Joye Cartomizer's and they worked!

I would seem for some reason my PV-1 does not like the Ce2 cartomizers! This is very disappointing because I, like many people here believe that these are the future of vaping (when they work out the bugs). Has anyone else tried them on a provape-1? I can confirm that rev2 and rev4 do not fire on my PV-1.

Hey Garritos,

Something to check..Remove the atomizer adapter by unscrewing it from your ProVape. Once its removed check on the bottom of the adapter and make sure the center brass pin is pushed in all the way.

Sometimes if that center pin gets pushed down from the top a little it won't make contact with the CE2 cartomizers. Users have reported once pushing up on the pin from the bottom they are working fine. If you continue to have trouble just send us an email: info@provape.com

V2.1 is here!! Now shipping.

We moved the V2.0 supplies to a new section on the website. They are in the Clearance section. Once we clear out the color mods well look into color options again.

I had a V2.0 Provape1, Base Kit, with 901 adapter in my shopping cart (was waiting to get paid, being on retirementy income means having to wait for some things :-( and it changed it to the new version which does not come with a 901 adapter....

Does that mean that the Base Kit PV1, V2.0 in now only available in color (with no Stainless Steel body/tube, says: anodized aluminum color tube- does this mean the Tube is not made of Stainless Steel?) and the Stainless Steel ProVape1, v2.0, 901adapter, is no longer available at all?

The V2.0 silver tubes sold out over the weekend and we are changing over to the new version.

We do still have some V2.0 color tubes which are alum but the silvers are now V2.1.

Email me and I'll see if we have one left of the SS silver V2.0. Otherwise you can get the 510-901 adapter and go for the new version :)

Hi Guys.

I just got my first pack of e2v4's today and experiencing the same issue - I have a v2.0 connector, are you guys saying all that is required is a v2.1 connector? This will fix the issue?

I've noticed some of you managed to get them at least working with a v2.0 connector, can you please explain in detail how you did this?

I posted this review on the Provape site and thought I'd put it here also.

I recieved my Provape a few days ago and it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. I like the size, as I've had 2 18650
3.7's, and I just couldn't get comfortable with their size in my hand. The Provape is kinda weighty and feels balanced in my hand and is very comfortable to use. ,With a 1.7Ω Resurrector carto, It hits just right. The quality is excellent. I repeat, the quality is excellent! The threaded end cap has nice smooth threads, and the button has a good feel. I love the idea of the added protection these have. So, would I buy another? Well, when are they gonna have a black one? Get one of these if you are a 3.7v fan, sit back and enjoy!
