I have placed my order for some awesome accessories. If my time talking to David via email is an indicator or their company's attitude towards customers, this company is going places. There was a very minor issue with the shopping cart and the response to my email almost hit my inbox before I sent it, it was that fast.
He was fast, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, he even offered to stop by the house and rotate my tires. (One of the these things is untrue, I leave it to you to determine the fallacy.)
Can't wait until I can order my own Provape PV.

I got my maroon 901 proVape-1 today...and it is awesome.
Very nice vape....Love the feel and the look of this device.
It is very " classy" looking and so much smaller than I expected. This is perfect for just slipping into a pocket or a purse for on the go.
This ProVape puts out some good vape as well.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
I also have to mention that the first one i received had a problem with the 901 connection, I think from being jumbled around in shipping. When i contacted David that day...he OVERNIGHTED me another one....put a paid shipping label in this new one....PLUS gave me a coupon for $10 for my trouble.
You cannot beat this kind of customer service folks !

We did have a couple go out that needed some minor adjustments. We have resolved the problems and all is well moving forward.
Since you live in WV and ProVape is in WA, I bet getting your tires rotated wasn't very fast.
