Provape Radius Repair

I know that Provape has shut down but on their page they list someone that will do repairs. Mine was working fine but now it flashes "Output too high replace atty and try again" Even when an atty is not on there.

Has anyone had any experience sending something in to the third party for repair? Kinda nervous about that. Thanks!

the first thing i would try is take the battery out and put it back in. that fixed an error code on my last new one when it said send back to provape.

Another thing to do is give it a good cleaning (including the interior contact points, spring, etc.) with isp alcohol 99%.

As far as Bill, the ProVape repair guy, is concerned people have been reporting good things.
