ProVape, I have to send you a shout out and say that you did a MUCH better job this time. After only 3 days I had my new black mini/green LED in hand. The last time I ordered it was a huge fiasco. I ordered the Black/Blue LED at midnight the last time the blue LED were available. I kept watching as order after order of the same items were filled and shipped. I kept e-mailing and being told my order was going to be worked on soon. The shipping dates pass and I finally get someone to pay attention to me. My order had been misplaced. :confused: After many apologies I was assured mine would be built and "expressed" shipped. It, of course, was shipped Priority mail just like every other Provari. So I held my breath this time - afraid to see a repeat of my first order. However, Provape did a great job and I cannot thank them highly enough! I still think customer service could have handled my last order better - but am sure my order was just that one time "super storm" of events where everything went wrong. I would love to order another soon and would be willing to bet that the next time will be as smooth as this. Thanks ProVape!
