Yes,
mini uses 18350 batt's, with extension cap = 18490.
full size provari uses 18490 batt's, with extension cap = 18650.
All button top.

For me/my vaping style an 18350 battery is almost useless, I'd recommend the full size.
2 AW 1200mah 18490
extension cap
2 AW 2000mah 18650
At least 1 box of (5) replacement heads. for whatever deliver device you chose.

Or get him the Radius and receive wife of the year prize.

He's wanting to stop smoking at the beginning of the yr. So i was looking into buying a good set instead of buying cheap like I did and having to upgrade the cost is $114 and i spent $ 60 just to start and I having to up grade so I didn't want him to go through that

Venture to guess that you will be buying another one very soon (for yourself) ;)

I want to get him something that he can get a least a yr or more use from. Besides the batteries themselves.

I also have a ProVari V1 that is almost 5 years old.

Was thinking about getting hubby a provari 2.5 kit or the mini. I see a lot of people have them, can you tell me what you like and dislike about owning one?
    Thanks
It is a fantastic American made device that will last you for years. It is a win no matter how you look at it.
