You are correct. There is a sticky at the top of this forum with all of the information about the P3 that has been officially released, everything else you may read is speculation.

3.5” L x 0.90” D without atomizer. Each extension ring adds .65"

In mm:
18350: 88.9 mm
18500: 104.4 mm
18650: 121.9 mm
