I'm really eaten up with OCD so remember that. I think as to the looks factor, the black looks best but like any coating, it may chip. The chrome is beutiful but chrome is a finish
coating just as the black is (yes they add the chrome to the base stainless or were doing so - I asked them at the factory) so over time, it not only picks up little scratches but may also chip.
That's why I like the satin. To me personally, it isn't as pretty as the other two but - The satin finish is a treatment to the actual metal itself, not a coating. Translation: Much easier to get refinished or keep looking better longer.
But honestly, the one reason I can laugh at myself is I think 3 years down the road on buying something, including mods, when in 3 years, what we are using now will likely be like a dinosaur!
