hey guys,
I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with the blinking light that tells you when the battery is getting low. I have had my blem silver pro running an 18650 battery for about 3 weeks now. sometimes the light will not blink until right before it goes dead and other times it will blink and i check and it says 3.8. And it can happen anywhere in between those readings. It is not consistent at all. Everything else seems to work fine. I do notice my batteries seem to recharge faster as conpared to when I would run them down in my ZMAX. MAybe the battery reader is not calibrated correctly? But I do love this thing. What do you guys think?

For safety reasons, Provari was designed to be extremely sensitive to an improper electrical circuit. The blinking indicator light is activated when you first insert a battery. It also will blink if the Provari detects any type of break of the electrical circuit.

Check your juice delivery device for improper attachment (try tightening it), check the battery end cap (try tightening it).

As noted previously, internal battery contacts (positive post inside the Provari and the negative hot spring); any battery corrosive on the inner positive contact or the battery itself needs to be cleaned with alcohol. Sometimes the hot spring needs to be slightly stretched if it has become compressed over time. The threading on the end cap is also part of the electrical circuit; if the threads have oxidation buildup (dark gritty material) they will cause a break in the electrical circuit and need to be cleaned with some Noaloxx or other antioxidant.
