I bought a Plume Vail clone and put on my Provari. It doesn't make a connection even when screwed all the way down. My question is, can you pull the center pin up on the Provari? I tried, but to no avail. If it can be done, how do you do it? I tried using the same method I used on ego style batteries and just ended up ticked off.

When I got my first provari, I had this problem with the pro-tanks I was using, I found that I had to use a Hippo air flow controller or one of these air flow controllers, some tanks just wont reach the positive post without one.

I forgot about those, I have not needed anything sense I started using kayfun's and sophia's, I think I have those bookmarked some where. :)

It was suggested to me to try these spacers when my pin wouldn't connect using an innovape ring. I haven't had any problems using them. I have had to stack them with one topper. I bought 5. They look like they could get lost easily :)

Thank You for that link, I went looking for these and included 510 in my search and came up empty handed. I needed a few because I have a Kafun that reads OP on several of my ProVari's :)

I wish I could remember who told me about them. It was in this forum.

I just bought 7 more of them. Just under $10 with shipping. A little pricey for what you get but they solve the problem for me.

May seem silly to ask but...since the ProVari pin is FIXED, have you adjusted the pin on the Plume Veil?
Unless your clone is different, I'm pretty sure the Plume's pin is adjustable, and you can just "unscrew" a little to reach further and connect...

I did and that got it working. I wasn't sure if the pin was adjustable because it was so tight. I just cranked really hard on it and that broke it loose.
Thanks for all the responces everyone.
