Heyy my fellow vapeheads!
My boyfriend and I have been going strong, analog cigarette free since March 12, 2013. Yay :D
He has a provari and I love my evic, but after I had QUITE the scare with my evic today, we decided we needed to get a backup.
What would you guys recommend we get? We obviously love VV mods and want to stick with that. I was looking at lavatubes but just not sure. Suggestions, Comments, Whatever. Help us out :) Thanks for your feedback!

I have an evic as well only complaint with it is the 2.5 amp limit. If you guys are looking at getting into rebuildables I would recommend a vamo. They are variable voltage and wattage like the evic. Goes to 6 volts like the provari. Has a 5 amp limit which exceeds the evics 2.5 and even the provaris 3.5 limit. I picked up a vamo yesterday for that exact reason and it is going strong with a 1.5 ohm RSST on it. Price on them is dirt cheap as well anywhere from $39 to $49 depending on vendor.

We dont wanna spend an arm and a leg on another provari otherwise we would. He loves his and I am a big fan of it as well. Just too damn expensive!!

I will definitely look into the vamo because he is getting into rebuildables.
Thanks for your help guys!

expensive but still working ! =)
if its still not in ur budget .. check out the classifieds. very good deals in there

Not the evic they are cheap mine don't leave the house cause of the build quality. I would get a zmax or a svd or MVP or provari.
Hmmm My eVic goes with me everywhere. Even on my Harley. The only thing I've noticed is the power resets if I set on the table a little hard. Just turn it back on and it is fine.

I know you like VV ....... BUT ....... IMO a good backup should be indistructable. If you can't use it for a hammer, it's an unreliable backup.
So look for a good solid 3.7v mechanical. I like the Mako because it's smaller than most of the others.

This one fell out of a duck blind, and laid at the bottom of Ogden Bay for a week.

Its time to start building your mech collection. If you order today you can get some great pricing over at Venerable Vaping but his supply is selling out fast. He was mentioned on Vapor Joe's blog today.

VENDOR IS IN NY, not China

Segelei mechanical mods, many styles, all SS, pricing 26.99 to 28.99 each

better hurry for these prices tho

Ordered myself a #8 (my 4th mech mod)
