I got the opportunity to spend some time with the new P3 today, and I must say I am enjoying it. I didn't have the advantage of an instruction manual to operate it and some of it's features escape me, but it didn't take long to figure out how to adjust it and enjoy a vape on it.

I have been running a couple of different kayfun lite clones on it with very different builds in them. The first being a .08Ω build intended for a mech. I cranked up to 18 Watts and I must say the vape was better then it was on the mech. Warmer and fuller, and very smooth. I did notice that 18 watts was about the limit for the Provari with this build. At 20 watts it would not fire and gave a "Check Atty" message.

The other kayfun was a 1.5Ω build with 28ga wire intended for my MVP. I enjoyed this atomizer on the Provari a bit more and also got the full range of wattage adjustment. Surprisingly though, I found I enjoyed it the most at 14-15 watts. If I were to own this device, I would build to suit it with a larger higher resistance coil, 26ga-28ga wire for maybe 1.5-2.0Ω

This thing is a real winner by me. It has a nice solid feel to it and I must say I'm impressed. Unfortunately for me, this unit is not (yet) for sale, and I must return it. <sad face>. Lucky for me, when it is eligible for sale, I called dibs on it. ;)

Here's a pic of it I took with one of my Kayfun lites on it.

Now back to some vaping......

And I didn't mean to fuss over your post. Just thought they came out with a different chip. Vape On.

It does come with a different chip but I believe the PWM circuit is the same, it was never bad and as close to flat line as you'll ever need.

I guess the old saying of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" applies here.

For sure. I'm all for advancing ecig tech too. I like the trickle down effect that's made my little Itazte much better than my old egos.
