The 1/16" air ducts are the limiting factor in the kayfun. You just can't get enough air flow to crank it and get a good high watt vape. I'm generally around 4v +/- on a 1.8 ohm coil. That's about 9 watts. Sometimes I go up to 4.7v (about 12W) for a short period, but I don't care for the hot vape. My Provari is a 15W device, anyway.

For me, it's not even about the lack of airflow. It's just that the juice doesn't flow to the wicks fast enough and I just don't get it. Does anyone think I would have better luck with mount baker 70vg/30h20 mix rather than the max vg blend?

I've ran a kayfun at 110watts...a .16 build and it never had dry hits. It did start to melt my insulator.
