I suggest getting it with no regrets... it's a fine device. Whatever they may or may not add will be a bonus, but not a necessity as it does everything you need. The only time worth waiting for upgrades is when a company has clear product cycles like Apple, which markedly affects the value of previous generations of technology. Provape is not one of those companies. Everything else is hearsay, and not worth planning your life around imho.

Agreed. Moore's Law doesn't apply to Provaris. Just get one and enjoy!

When Provari does upgrade the electronics in the future, you can have your current version updated as well. You can send it in, pay a small fee, and get the new internals upgraded to the current version.

Excellent, that statement has made my mind up wether to get one or not, its now a no brainer. Where is my wallet !

I would not expect another version (v3.0) of a Provari any time soon. The latest one (v2.5) was just released and was only a cosmetic change, no change to the inner electronics. Common sense dictates that had Provape decided to update the inner electronics to variable wattage they would have done so with the latest 2.5v.

Ok I have to ask a question, I have tried to do a search, and I came up with nothing, I don't know where else to ask, other than here. I was just on provape's website and started to read about the provape 1, it is on sale for the base model at $89.95. It looks like it would a good backup device for less cash, has anyone had one of these, and what do they think of it?
