This is from another thread.

Here's a 1000mAh Twist, a mini and a 650mAh standard eGo.

My hubby had one long before I got one and holding his felt really weird.. I kept saying that my twists were all I'd need but then he bought his new one and I got to use his older version for a few days and I adjusted to the weight and size quickly.. Now when I pick up my twists or even those dinky minis it feels crazy light.. For me I think the length of the standard ProVari or the mini with the end cap is the perfect length and I plan on ordering my end cap and new batteries next month.. If you prefer the shorter battery (which also has a shorter lifespan, just get two batteries and a charger) then the mini should work for you :)

The mini feels more balanced in my hand than the full sized does. Even if I put the extension cap on it. For some reason the full sized just feels top heavy to me. I'm sure it's just in my mind though. The mini has a great weight to it. it's substantial enough to know it's there, but not heavy enough to be a bother. A little heavier than say a zmax or vmax, but not quite as heavy as some of the mechanical mods out there. You honestly have to hold one to really understand it.

It feels great. The milled teardrop design provides a sure grip, and the satin ceramic finish of the colored version has a silky non-slippery feel to it. I can't speak for the plain stainless steel texture.

The Provari is stainless steel, the body tube is thick. It does have some heft and weight to it, but I feel that is a good thing. It will prove to be extremely durable and able to withstand just about anything. The Provari's are much smaller than they often appear in pictures online.

My girlfriend still uses 1100 mah egos, and her first comment was "Why is it so heavy?"

Hey, it's steel. It's gonna be heavy compared to an ego. I love the substantial feeling of it, though. I have the satin silver 2.5, and the texture from the teardrop pattern feels great, makes the unit nice and grippy without feeling too rough in the hand.
