I agree with you whole-heartedly there. Don't get me wrong; I love America and I support the working man. If you question that, look at my screen name - I served for 4 years in the Marine Corps ready to defend America. But I am also a consumer, and as one I look for deals on things. I don't have a whole lot of disposable income so I need to spend it smartly. If you are in the position financially that you can spend $200 on a ProVari and buy it directly from ProVape that's fine, I have no problem with that whatsoever. For me, I have to take the $99 option from FT. That price is just too good to get the exact same product; I just won't be able to say I got it from ProVape directly.
Same here, if I can buy locally (especially food), I will do.
We used to have a small farm nearby, that sold amazing eggs, butter, mushrooms, peppers etc. All produce fresh, amazing taste and quite reasonable price. Slightly more than the usual imported produce from the supermarket, but well worth the little extra. Only problem was, the farm was up a steep 1/2 mile track off the road, so you had to walk to it. Then one of the large Supermarket chains opened an Express store at the bottom of the road, huge free car park, convenience and price all in one package. The farm stopped selling his fresh produce within a month.
Anyway, back on topic. I know that the OP is just speculating, but I think it's quite an interesting question
