PS USB Pass V2 problem

So I've had the PS USB Pass V2 for a few weeks now and I love it more than anything, but this week it started acting up

I cleaned all the threads, changed attys, power source, etc etc, and i finally figured that it was the cord. If i rotated it when it wasnt working, it started right back up. Well today i picked it up and no matter what I do it wont work :/ any suggestions?

No idea omgleet! If you can get it in the mail back to us today, we can get it fixed and back on its way to you before Christmas

Got it to work for a few minutes but as soon as i touched the cord it went back again. Been working on it for about 15 and nothin. Ah well i guess its time to send it back

hmmm .... That really does sound like an odd issue! Unless the E-Clip pinched it somehow? Either way omg, we'll gladly take care of it quickly for ya
