So after seeing much of my cherry crush vanish I decided to count the puffs I get off a fresh one to see if it was really around 250... I grabbed a free simple app for my phone that counts would keep track of how many times I pressed the button and then counted the puffs till it was dead. 256 on the cherry and then there was the slightest burnt taste so I'm calling it there.

I found the flavor to drop a bit at 50-100 hits and the vapor to decrease and mellow out a bit from 150 on.

I was quite satisfied with my results so I decided to test the vivid vanilla...I got to about 25 puffs when the vapor decreased dramatically and then @ 50 puffs I got tired of working so hard to get vapor that I switched out to a new vanilla...vivid vanilla just sucks in the longevity department for me...anyone else?

Yes I am talking about a blu. Although I'm saying the drags I got from the cartos (cartomizers not the old attys with carts version) and not from the battery.

I have the original starter pack that I got in a local walgreens. The tiny batterys last for about 20-30 min of vaping and in that time I would say I get between 30 and 40 drags. 40 is high I think.

I will now have to count the drags I get off a freshly charged battery.

I did just get this last month so I suspect my batterys are still performing on their new side.

Outside of the highish cost of cartos and no support of refilling (and the suckage of vanilla for me) blu does exactly what I thought it would.

Of course I am still looking into an echo and kind of need a manual battery for outdoors....chicago lakeside wind sucks.

256 puffs is awesome!! I remember one time getting a disposable e-cig, and it said 350 2-3 second puffs. So from then on I just assumed my puff counts were a lot shorter because my puffs are more like 8-10 second drags??? I think manufacturers know that it takes long drags to get a proper hit off of these e-cigs, but stating a higher number of 2-3 sec puffs sounds a whole lot better!! LOL.

yeah it is, id say it was about 3-6 second drags. As that was the day after i figured out how to draw into my mouth while breathing through my nose!

I recently got the Echo-ego sized auto, and I can only withstand a 3 second draw so far--my guess is since the carto is more than 3x the size of the blu its like taking three drags at once..at least thats what it feel like!

Your talkin a blu? How the hell do ya get more than 10 drags before batts flashin!(I do mean dead)
Sorry...I don't wanna badmouth...much - blu was my 1st purchase @ $100 Canadian...& we can't get nicotene carts (backup #4!)
I got the blu Premium 100 kit a month ago. It has 3X bigger batteries than the old kits. The new is better than the old. I hear lots of complaints about the old blu kits.

No complaints here regarding the new/improved blu kit (premium 100).
