Puffed and mouth full of numbing liquid

Has anyone ended up with liquid instead of vapor after puffing? If so, what causes that? I'm using an njoy e-cig and last night with normal puffing I got liquid in my mouth. It was horrible. had to rinse my mouth out for like 5 min to get rid of the taste and a numbness like feeling. Going to email njoy... Starting to wonder if the atomizer is failing. This is only the 4th refill cartridge used since receiving the e-cig. Anyone else with same experience or problems? Thanks in advance.

This happens when the atomizer is to wet. To avoid this dry smoke a bit when changing cartidges. Before putting on a new cartidge, use the dummy one that came with your cigar and smoke untill there is no more smoke comming out of it, then place the new cartidge. The atimizer can also become to wet if you stored or carried your cigar with the led-tip down espessially if the cigar is still warm, so the liquid completely saturated the atomiser. Storing the thing with the mouthpiece down could also help.
