hey all, has anyone had any contact with pufftronics or ordered from them recently?The website says its going to be a touch slow for a spell so patience is needed of course,tried to email a while back and havent heard anything .

Wondering if you have heard from Pufftronics yet? I have the same problem at present. I have ordered before from him with no problem, Nice Guy, but now nothing, no emails, even after a few weeks. Wondering if he is OK? When did you put your last order in?

I did not order but have looked at the empty site for weeks.Emailed twice, a week apart weeks ago with no response. Maybe he will go back into business soon , its summer a lot of people slow down the work load this month.His site does say "ump" back in stock but they haven't been for weeks at his site, so its wait and see I guess.
Thank you for your insight and update. I am still waiting for an Order from July. Email from August 3rd assured me it was on its way, he felt terrible and stressed, and then nothing after that. I know this is not like him. He is a really nice guy. He clearly became stressed out, and I am thinking something happened to him or family. Anyone else have any insight or information?
Update: I received my order the day after last post. Mr. Puffer in Aug. 3rd email said it was sent back to him for insufficient postage said he felt so bad and would return it. Said he would do something special for me.
I thought he would just send me another feed system and bottle. (I love my first MP1 so much I fell asleep and rolled over it, the tip and tubing melted.)
My second one I had just ordered, he did do something so special just for me, and sent me a 2nd feed and bottle also. Wonderful guy with incredible talent and amazing eye for detail. I can hardly believe he did something this nice for me. It took extra time to do so while he was in the middle of so much upheaval. Kudles Mr. Puffer.
I also can see now why he is so busy. I know he will be back soon, when everything is more organized for him to keep going.
