I pulled the trigger big time! My SVD is near death with a failing fire button and a troublesome 510 connector that I keep needing to pull out with tweezers, unless I want all my tanks to read "NON", and I have no backup mod. May as well replace the thing before it fails, and I've been eyeing up this little beauty for a while now.

I'm excited. Gonna enjoy the KFL+, and that lovely DC power output from the Nivel chipset. :vapor:

Thank you for your order:

The question is, will it be a strictly at home mod, or will I dare take such an expensive bit of kit out and about with me? I might have to get something I don't mind being knocked around for that. Dunno what though

It's tough enough to be knocked about but I find it a little long to comfortably carry although you may invite complimentary comments about the size of your package.

I pulled the svoe mesto trigger w/ the same setup 4 weeks ago. Loving every minute of it.
The semovar is not that long. It's shorter than a vamo.

I just watched Todds Reviews: SvoeMesto Kayfun Lite Plus and the KFL+ looks really straightforward to rebuild. It actually looks easier than the AGI, and I can now get a really decent coil going on that. The last time I rebuilt the AGI with mesh and kanthal, I attached the coil to the terminals, tested the resistance nice 1.6ohms, and the entire coil glowed evenly first time, no hotspots. I was impressed. It's never happened before and my word it was an amazing vape. I had always said to myself once I master the AGI (it was a long learning curve) I would reward myself with a KFL+

@CheetahAce that's a lovely collection. The SM is a bit of a looker. But I like your blue 'vari. And I was wondering what I would get as an out and about mod. Might get a mini myself...

I can't comment on it compared to others, but I just finished my second coil on my KFL+, the first rebuildable I've owned. It was very simple.
Nice. What resistance do you prefer? Should I be aiming for around 2? I find that on the AGI 1.5ohms gives the best results, but the KFL+ is probably a lot different.

that's a hard question to answer every one is different Im running 2mm Eco Wool at 1.7 with a 4/5 30 gauge@ 4.2 volts. But if you ask 10 different people I bet you get at least 8 different answers;-)

I know I'm going to regret asking this ... but what is it that you like about it? I haven't payed much attention to them.

lol you make me laugh.

anyways. imagine having the accuracy of the provari with the same, if not even smoother signal, with the added benefit of the VW everyone wishes the provari had.

now add a slightly more elegant and sleeker package that offers the different size battery tubes (if you want them) without 3rd party unmatching rings and adapters, no matter what you use it still looks sleek.

then the topcap is removable and the 510 pin is adjustable so you can always flush mount everything while still getting a good connection.
and the top cap is even with the mod and atty, no reason to buy a separate ring, there are also several different size heads available 14mm and 17mm.
the bottom cap is gold plated and fully adjustable so just about any battery works, not too loose not to tight..

now stuff all that into a tube that has the feel of old fashion Russian style industrial strength engineering.

the whole thing is very modular, there is a mechanical side and bottom buttons coming as well if you want to use the tubes for a mech later on.

you can even customize the LED and button light, adjusting screen brightness or even if the screen, the button, or both come on or stay off when the battery is pressed, it also has 2 separate menus one when on and one when off, with several functions.

I know it's just a steel tube but to actually hold it it drips style and class and you can easily tell this wasnt slapped together in some Chinese sweatshop.
it had its share of problems in the beginning but as soon as any problem appears they stop production and fix the bug, comes with a 1 year warranty also.

The head guy came out and said he want this to be the best mod you can buy and any amount of bad units is too many, and wants everyone to know Svoe Mesto will stand behind their products. 2 years of kayfuns have proven SM can make quality stuff and this is actually the 3rd revision of the semovar, very popular in EU and finally gaining traction in the US.

I know its blasphemy to some, but in my opinion at this time the only thing provape has over the semovar is how soon you will get it back if it needs service.
