Hmmm I just looked at the listing for my ViVi that I bought last night and my listing doesnt say that

http://altsmoke.com/vision-vivi-replacement-coil-tank-kit.html

All that is included is the AltSmoke package is

1x - 3.5ml Clear tank or 2ml Clear tank Complete with 2.4ohm Short Wick Head
1x - Your Choice of Replaceable Coil Head - Long Wick
1x - Your Choice of Replaceable Coil Head - Long Wick
1x - Display Box that holds everything listed above.

The reason I even knew about the Sleeves was from a HealthCabin recommendation for them. Where did you get your Nova kit from? Some places repackage them and include or dont include certain things. One of the reason I went with Altsmoke besides their lower price was because they allow you to choose the resistance of all 3 heads instead of you getting 3 different Ohm heads like in the normal kit.

First let me say you dont NEED the sleeve, it is mostly for looks and offers a tiny bit more support to the bottom of the tank and takes a tiny bit of stress off the battery's threads. But I am thinking 1 of 2 things. Either the place you got your kit from included the little sleeve which wouldn't be a shock since they are <2 dollars when you buy them in bulk. Or what they are describing as the "Ego cone" is actually just the bottom metal fitting of the Nova tank.

I picked mine up from discountvapers. I honestly can't diagnose what it is. HOPS explained it a little bit earlier in this thread. Here's the link to the one I ordered. Let me know what you think.

DV Mini Vivi Nova V10 2.0ml - eGo threaded

Perhaps that is it. That is a clone of the Nova. The one from AltSmoke is an Actual ViVi. DV seems to have changed the base plate design slightly to make using a sleeve unnecessary

I am VERY impressed with Altsmoke. I placed my order around 10:15am yesterday, 2/7/13. Received an email late last night that the order has already been shipped out. So, at about 10:30am today, 2/8, I checked the tracking number in the USPS database and was pleasantly surprised to see that it's already been sorted in my local post office and is out for delivery! Only 24 hours?! Pretty amazing if you ask me, they'll definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

There is one downside though -- I only ordered my batts and a charger from alt smoke, so I still won't be able to start vaping til next week when the remainder of my stuff is sent!

Petty said it best.... the waiting is the hardest part.

Yep, AltSmoke seems to have lightening quick shipping. However I can not say the same thing for the US Postal system. AS shipped my package out very first thing yesterday morning (less than 12 hours after I placed the order!) Check my tracking number and it has been received in Ohio by USPS. Nice, looks like it is going to avoid the whole East Coast snow Apocalypse that is going on today and over the weekend. Just checked it again now, and guess what? USPS decided in their infinite wisdom to take a package that is coming from Ohio and going to Illinois, and send it directly into the middle of the snow storm of the century and my package is now sitting in Pennsylvania. I guess I can forget Saturday as an expected arrival at this point. That box is probably going to sit in a snowed in air port hanger until at least Monday or Tuesday before it ever moves again.

This happened to me once before with USPS too. Ordered a book from Amazon that for the better part of a week went from Utah to California, to Washington state, to Indiana, to Chicago finally. To be fair it was sent second class mail, but it took almost 3 weeks. I am fairly sad that very few sites seem to ship UPS or FedEx. I HATE USPS!

It seems to be pretty common across the board with USPS. My father, who is approaching the ripe old age of 60 orders some of his medication online and has it shipped by the PS. He's constantly complaining about getting everything late. Also, he stopped tracking his mail for that exact reason: He would see it moving all over the country instead of toward his home.

GET IT TOGETHER USPS! :p

I guess the only thing that actually works well at the federal level is the IRS lol.

lololololol

Just received word from Discount Vapers that they have also shipped my stuff out. REALLY hoping it makes it here by tomorrow but I'm guessing it'll be early next week. To be honest, considering I still haven't heard from virgin vapor, it would be pretty painful having all the tools to start vaping EXCEPT the juice.

Still on these wicked analogs..

I have already received one order, still waiting on the other two. Both are coming from the east coast which is pretty much incapacitated right now due to the insane amount of snow there. Looks like I could be waiting another week to see the rest of my supplies. Which means another whole week on the analogs. Oh well, it's almost time..
