Back to the pumpkin threat...

Steep time: FOOBB (fresh out of black bag)
Nic: 6mg
Atty: Plume Veil 1.0Ω 28g 2mm ID KGD cotton wick and Tugboat 0.4Ω 2mm ID KGD cotton wick
Mod: Cloudpor DNA 30 regulated and Brass King mod

Tasting notes:

Opening up the bottle and giving it a sniff, yup it's spiced pumpkin like I was expecting. I first loaded it into the Tugboat/King combo since it already had clean wick and coils. The first hit, "Oh Yeah!" this is going to be good. I got the spiced pumpkin but not the creamy cheesecake. From hints from Clark I was kinda expecting this as well. This is what the steep box is for.

Cleaned out the Plume Veil and re-wicked to see if different wattages can change things.Knowing the DNA chip will not drop below battery I did not test below 15 watts. @ 15 watts the pumpkin was a little muted compared to the dripper, but still there. Still not tasting cheesecake though. I bumped the watts up to 17.5 and the pumpkin was brighter and spicer, but still not getting the creaminess of the cheesecake. @ 22.5 watts the pumpkin spice is there and some of the sweet cream of the cheesecake is coming through. @ 25 watts the spice is in it's glory with some cheesecake in the background still. @ 27.5 and 30 watts this hit it's sweet spot for me. I'm getting the flavor of a pumpkin pie with the allspice and clove and little cinnamon.

I still feel this needs a little time in the steep box, but if you can crank it up it's worth the taste fresh out of the mail. Your taste buds may vary... :vapor:

Thank you for the suggestion. I will make use of this when mine arrives.

Hi Gopher!! ....... you've got tunnels burrowed everywhere in ECF. :D It's good seeing you. :)

Evie my dear, how have you been? I mostly hang out here since I discovered Clark's wonder juices. It kinda feels weird hanging over in the other place since I don't use their stuff anymore, but I visit once in a while. I sneak over to Diva's Lounge and poke my head outta my hole there too. Seen ya on one of the other threads here, so you know good Clark's juice is. Stick around a while and hang here at the NuThouse...

Maybe so but, all the drifting and off topic banter is what makes the NuT hOuSe so special and NuTty to begin with. :headbang:

One big'ol family tossing out the conversation.

And this just hit the nail on the head to why I love NT. It really is a family. We have never met but we are all friends. No drama, no fighting. Just an incredible group of people to hang out with.

Seconded on both counts! :)

Almost ordered more juice with the move happening, forgot about this! Can't wait to try it when I get home, I am still on tanks and of course do not have any empty tanks on me. I am certainly not going to empty one of my tanks because both of them have Nicoticket juices in them. That would be a sacrilege!!! Nicoticket Order #4.jpg

Yeah, I think you can get arrested for emptying a tank of NT. Haven't tried it.

Something's wrong with your ZOTZ. It's supposed to be out of the wrapper and pulverized. I guess they are slipping over at NT headquarters due to the move. They'll be back on their game again Monday.

Dripping my first taste of PSB and I must say, for me, this nails it FOOB. Just the perfect amount of fresh and forward pumpkin pie spices and then smooth pumpkin. I'm hoping as it ages the cheesecake translates into a whipped cream for my pumpkin pie sort of thing.

I should mention I love all things pumpkin. It's close enough to the real thing if you don't like pumpkin this isn't for you. Me? It's perfect.

Available now in Cali....

I've had that one, decent brew. See if you can get Steven's Point Brewing's Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale. It's like pumpkin pie in a bottle. I love Pumpkin beers. Got a Bottle of Avery Rumpkin sitting in the fridge waiting to be cracked on Halloween, and a bottle of this years St. Arnold Pumpkinator in the cabinet to age until next fall.
