Doesn't look like a normal SS tube. Looks like it has foil wrap. Don't wanna use wrapped cartos. Never bought them so I'm only going by what the pic looks like.
I hadn't thought about them being wrapped, though I guess it makes sense as all of the other ce2s I've seen are plastic

you should be able to unwrap that sticker and you'll see a clear tube underneath. You absolutely want to make sure all the glue from the sticker is off the tube before tanking it.
Ive never tried tanking one of these myself but the people that have commented on it have used an exacto blade to cut a notch in the tubing. They mention a triangle cut like the first cut a lumberjack makes with an axe.
Be careful with the blade, it will slide very easy on that plastic

If I were to attempt it, I would use a tiny drill bit or an engraving attachment for my dremel, but I don't know if they'll even fit in a tank

Those look nice, but one of my favorite juices doesn't play well with typical tanks, had to order a polypropelyne one for it
