You know, I'm going out on a limb here but doesn't the next "generation" of PV's seem to be ones that would have a simple chamber to just pour fluid into; no filter material, foam, etc, and a system for slowly and steadily supplying a small volume to the atty when the battery button was depressed?

I know cartomizers do somewhat fit the bill but I'd just really love something like the Precise from Super T or even better a sidesho/blu sized device that you simply put the fluid into directly. Yes when you're talking parts that small you'd need some type of pressurized system most likely for delivering the fluid in small bursts to the atty but damn it would just be so much simpler.

The one beef I have with PV's so far is the carts. It seems like the current "biggest flaw".

Thoughts?

I've been playing with an idea right along those lines - with a tip that is filled and actually direct drips to the atty without requiring any more effort than taking a drag ;o) ... I don't want to say anymore on the forum just yet ;o) But, I am very close to having something that works very well, but making them seems like it would be best left to someone with the manufacturing resources that my kitchen doesn't provide ;o)

yeah I mean I've tried PTB, blue foam, blue foam + straw, dart, etc mods and , well to be blunt, in my experience they all blow.

It works ok now and then for a bit; refill, and 1/2 the time they're back to crap. That's the ONLY thing that I dislike about ecigs.

Whoever could make a model with a simple resevoir that you just fill, cap, and smoke would be rich. Cartomizers are admittedly damned close, yes, but I'd just so much prefer a "permanent" model with a chamber. Here's to hopin' ;)

I do love the flavor from dripping but damn, such a headache.
But I mean using fibrous material for wicking as a solution? Come on, there HAS to be better than 17th century tech available out there, lol.

I will say the juicebox looks like exactly what I'd be looking for, albeit in a slightly larger than "my ideal" size, but my issue with it is I can't see the inside where the atomizer is.

Frankly I don't trust that things work how people say they work unless I can see the design and it supports what they're saying. I tend to take very little on faith. That's why I keep asking for technical explanations like "Juice tastes better after it ages for awhile". I mean sure, it may very well be true, or it may be a placebo effect where people think it SHOULD taste better so theyconvince themselves it does. HOW exactly, chemically, does the "extra time" change it? Yes, that's off topic but just as an example.
