Best place to buy pure 12mg nicotine

I am wanting to start making my own e-juice and I am trying to find a good site to buy pure 12-18mg nicotine (flavorless) with no PG or VG added. Im still pretty new to e-cig's, but I am wanting to start making my own juice soon. I am also wondering if anyone knows where to buy Lorann's oil's besides from their website (for the flavoring)

There's no such thing as pure 12-18mg nicotine without PG or VG. Pure nicotine is (I believe) 1000mg/mL, in order to make it 12mg it has to be cut with something - that something is PG or VG.

In DIY world, we usually get very high mg FLAVORLESS juice (ex: 54mg flavorless juice - which is 54mg/mL nicotine in PG or VG) plus plain PG or VG to dilute it down until it's whatever mg we want it to be, plus flavor (which we add in increments of about 5-10%)

FWIW: if you were ever to find pure nicotine, you would only want to handle it with a space suit and total house industrial venting etc... one drop on your skin would kill you very, very quickly. Even with 54mg you should wear gloves and (for best results) safety goggles.

No, to get 12-18mg it HAS to be in PG or VG (or much rarer PGA). You see, PURE nicotine would not be qualified by mg/ml, it would just be pure 100% nicotine. The mg listed is how many milligrams of nicotine per milliliter of fluid, so you can't get pure nicotine at 12-18mg as the terms are contradictory.
To make your own juice you will need flavoring, and either premixed (say 12mg or 18mg) flavorless pg or vg, or a nicotine concentrate (say 100mg) and pg or vg to mix that down to 12mg or 18 mg....
I'm DIYing now, I'm using 48mg pg/vg mix nic concentrate and pg to mix it down to my preferred nic level then I use about 1.5-2x the amount of flavoring most recipes recommend.
I know there are lots of vendors selling lorann's flavorings, but idk any off the top of my head, so I'll let somebody else answer that, or you could go look through the DIY eliquid forums here, I know that question's been asked in there before...

BTW: you also NEED the pg and/or vg because it acts as a coolant for the atomizer, if you were to vape something like a homemade nic juice of nicotine and water (I don't think nicotine will mix into water, but that's beside the point), you would clog up and/or burn out your atty almost instantly, and no vapor would be produced, since the vapor is really the pg/vg reacting to being used as a coolant...

I'm gonna buy the 48mg 60ml bottle with the 100% PG and buy a bottle of VG to cut it down with.. Rosa I heard you say on your video not to use the oil flavoring and to use the water or alcohol based flavorings. Can you still buy the Lorann's flavoring in those bases? Also why not use the oil based? I still looking to find a place I can drive to in the St.Louis area that would have all the different flavoring's.

Oil bases are harder to work with, they don't mix well into the pg/vg, they tend to stay separate or separate quickly if they do mix in at all....

I've heard some hobbyshops sell loranns in their cake decorating dept, or a bakery/cake decorating supply shop would probably have them if there's one in your area...

Although the loranns say "loranns oils" most are water based in propylene glycol (PG). They have ingedients listed if you see "oil" steer clear. Oil kills atty's and as stated earlier in this thread they do not mix well. In about three days time you could have all the falvors you want if you head over to:
