I know it's old news, but Casey at Pure Smoker is the best. I screwed up my Prodigy, and contacted Casey. She asked me a couple of trouble shooting questions. After trying them I still had no luck and contacted her again. She told me to send it back no questions asked. They either fixed or replaced it, not sure which, but they sent it back right away. I just got it back and it is KILLER! I love my Prodigy and I Pure Smoker is a stand up company! My advice to those considering a mod? Get a Prodigy today! Thanks Casey and Pure Smoker!

I had a couple bad experiences with puresmoker and i dont shop there anymore.

anyways im glad it worked out for you as they are a pretty cool site and steves videos were pretty much my intro to vaping.
