Puresmoker.com Taking Long?

So how many of you have ordered from Puresmoker.com? I placed my order Friday night and it's STILL processing. I've also sent a few emails to the owner and heard nothing back. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have just paid the extra to order from njoy :(

EDIT:

I just got an email from Steve (seems like a nice guy) Very personal to! (Rare these days) He said they where busy this week and there was a bit of a backup. Also USPS priority doesn't ship on Sunday. (I actually didn't know that ;)) But it will be shipped on Monday, woo hoo! So I'll be sure to let you know it I like when it comes in. Thanks for all your help guys, and thanks Steve if your reading this

No Kate I'm not. God your sarcastic, for lack of a better word.

I order off line quite often and "open 7 days a week" tends to be the norm for me. Although I would like to have it here soon, my concern is more that it gets here at all.

Regardless Kate, when a website states "shipped within 24 hours" it should do just what it says.

Friday? No mail goes out till monday.Most business is closed on the weekend.

Steve has to be the fastest of all the suppliers on here.
Steve is a F'ing JEDI master when it comes to shipping fast.

:) That's all I wanted to hear! I just wanted to make sure it's legit. I normally order from large companies when I buy products online. Steve looks like he's a smaller company, I just want to make sure he is trust worthy.

PLEASE be kind to Steve--this guy is a man obsessed with customer service & getting his orders out asap. In fact, I worry that he's gonna burn himself out with providing the type of premium customer service he gives. And this is Christmas week, so he's been dealing with USPS issues too.

I'll be honest here--just last weekend I placed a Puresmoker order, and when I didn't get it in a few days I emailed him & asked if he could track it for me. He could've said "It's only been 3-4 days, give me a break" but he couldn't have been kinder about it. And he even emailed me again Friday morning to let me know it was in Penna.

(I wound up getting it Friday afternoon. AND it included some freebies!) :rolleyes:

They just don't come any better than Steve, and he has his own fan club to prove it!

Do you think Njoy work weekends, and the postal services?

Kate in the United States many stores are open all the time. I live in California and so does Steve from Puresmoker. In southern Cali everything is open all the time. Starbucks is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so are all gas stations and McDonald's, Wal Mart etc.. the list goes on. You have to understand it's what I'm used to. I figured if he was in California he would also be open on the weekends, it's rare here that a business is not unless it's very small.

Also I thought USPS shipped on Saturday because it was priority. If not, then not big deal. Again my concern was that Puresmoker was a legit deal.

Last Kate that wasn't a personal attack on you, you came off a little strong and so I returned the favor. I've seen it quite often from you in the forum wether you notice it or not.

:D OK OK, I'll chill out for a little bit. We live in a super fast now society and I'm very excited to try the whole E Smoking thing! so are about 10 of my co-workers who want to see it. :thumb: If all turns out well I'll be sure to edit my top post and give Steve full credit. As long as all goes well I plan to purchase other models from Steve as his pricey are in insane low. (Another reason I was a little skeptical)

Ok perhaps a reaction would have been a better statement. Your first post TO ME came off as strong. Given some of your replies around the forum, I thought your tone was with me as well. I noticed you seem to get irritated over ignorance. I had a question, I wanted an answer. Everyone else here was able to give me answer without coming off as rude.

In respect to Puresmoker.com (the keywords used in this thread will most likely work well with Google) I think if we still have issues it needs to be resolved via PM so this doesn't became a flame thread.

I'm not resolving any issues with you by pm, I have no interest in having a private conversation with you.

You may think I'm rude or whatever but I fail to see why it was appropriate on this thread, in this particular context, for you to try to put me in my place.

I can't remember being rude to anyone but trolls or offensive people, maybe you could point me to some examples?

Chris is just really excited to get started. Good for you Chris.

This is a huge step for any analog smoker. I know how Chris feels. Cigarettes are starting to feel nasty and he cant wait to give them up now that he has found the holy grail of nicotine.
Don't worry man. A few more analogs will hold you over till your batteries are charged. Upgrade your order right now to add a USB so you can start vaping the second you get it. Im not F.ing kidding, do it.

All you had to say was, that's normal, or the company is trustworthy, or I've ordered with no problem. I was a buyer concerned that I might not get my product thats all.

So let me answer your damn question which was no I'm not joking. I really thought he operated during those hours as most businesses here do. There is nothing on his website that states otherwise. Now I know, no harm to foul. I'm now sure everything will work out just fine with Steve.

As for your posts, I'm not about to start searching the forum so I can compile a ton of posts about how freaking rude you can be. The VERY first post I saw when I came to this site was some guy asking about none nicotine cartridges, something about he wanted to smoke to enjoy the flavor. Your first post was something along the lines of telling the guy to grow up. Poor guy was just asking a question and you came down on him like the wrath of Satan's daughter. To your credit you did apologize later, but that put a note in the back of my head telling me your probably one of those forum grumps.

If you didn't mean to come of as rude, fine. But in the forum world, there is no voice, only text, so tone comes out in the way you write something. "You're joking ... right??" Sounds as if your being a sarcastic little nun smoker.
