Puresmoker Out of Business?

Me too, I received everything I ordered. So did my friend that lives in Minneapolis. (a huge Vikings fan)

PureSmoker must like Minnesota.

Truthfully I am glad for those of you that got what you had ordered, as you should.

In all honesty I saw the writing on the wall almost a year ago, maybe longer, time seems to go by so fast.....

I think now with all said and done we as consumers should all be a bit more aware of things, when things seem to be going arye, well they probably are!

As I have also said so many times before if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck!

In regards to :

Being a relatively new vaper, I was worried as I hadn't done business with them before. I figured I'd treat it like a co-op i.e. might not get my stuff and be out of money.

I received everything and quickly. It sucks that some of you didn't get the gear you purchased. It seems like he has made good on some of the issues.

Just wanted to throw my experience out there.

I don't think by the way he had closed down, and taking the site down as he had, he really cared, his focus is on a whole different market share now.

Does anyone have the shop info for puresmoker? I placed an order with them as soon as the 50% off went into effect and tracking said it was delivered and I never got my package. I spoke to the local USPS supervisor and he said the driver placed the package in my mailbox but my mailbox was empty. He told me Puresmoker would have to file the claim but Stephanie Hupp told me they couldn't do anything. I read in this thread that others have tried filing claims and since I never purchased anything from them before I have none of their info. Stephanie told me they never have insured any of their packages (priority mail is an automatic $50) and my attempts to contact her again have lead to nothing. I ordered 8 iclear30's and 16 replacement heads which were supposed to be a birthday gift to myself. I read ItTechy's posts and want to give those routes a try. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ps. I asked the USPS supervisor if there was a way to hold a package at the post office for me to pick up there and he said he would make a note for any package I receive to be held there. As of this morning my nemesis clone status is "delivered" according to usps tracking. I hope it's there when I get back home tonight...

I am so very sad about this. Got no email, no Facebook notice, nothing to let me know this was happening. I've been a customer of Puresmoker since they were on the West coast. I don't know how I'll find anything as good as Silver Leaf Menthol as it's the only thing I've vaped for years. Guess it's time to start hunting! Not happy at all that I missed my last chance to order : (

Same here, highly disappointed to find that a note wasn't even sent out, warning customers who have been buying his mods for so long, so we could stock up on parts. Logged on to order the a flat top and my favorite juice only to find the shop closed. I know he's apparently from the sound of it going through a hard time, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, as his service has always been good, for me at least, but that still, sorry , wasn't right. I feel like I wasted my money with him updating my mod from his shop to the newest one just a couple of months ago and feel bad that I recommended his product and shop to others buying a new mod just after that, due to this. The facebook page for the shop that he supposedly opened was started in July not sure how all of a sudden that is, honestly. Some of the people who bought from him have been loyal to his shop because they trust him, now that is gone, so good luck building that trust again online or off, word gets around.
