Puresmoker will not talk to me - a potential customer ready to purchase the V3?

Follow the steps first choose base or full kit. then adapter then the media blast option will show up. Take the time to follow the steps its not hard. There i just held your hand through the ordering procedure.


wow..thank you SIR. Now let me hold your hand... CHOOSE the basic kit... 510 adapter and yes BINGO there is the MEDIA FINISH... BUT... wait ... now try this... choose FULL kit... then 510 and ooops no media finish.

wow I am very hurt by some of you up here. thanks a whole bunch!

BTW thank you for holding my hand. REALLY!? Are some of you that shallow.

I spent over a day researching WHAT I wanted to buy. It led me to PS and the V3! Ok I may not have even needed and advice ordering except I was not clear on somethings because I have not even tried a device with these batteries before. WHATEVER... is it not a businesses job to help the customer choose what they need ... to possibly avoid frustration if they order wrong or things that are not right? Come on... is the INTERNET making businesses lazy.

I posted this based on PRINCIPAL! I was really shocked by this kind of taken back. I was not even a "customer" yet.. I wanted to buy from PS... and after researching and watching video I wanted what they had to offer. It seems like an excellent device. But that said.. ok now I cannot even talk to someone maybe 2-3 min tops to just ask somethings ... what does that mean to me if I get this in my hand and I have some issues.. not that I would because I bookmarked the videos on maintenance and everything but WHAT IF?

Once you find what you want... do you not want to get it ordered ... pray you order it early enough that it may ship that day.. and then stalk the mailman.

Some may see it as they just lost one customer... but did they? I use to recommend a supplier that had great customer service and sold the kr808... then I found the ego / rivas and now I recommend them because dripping is easier for some of the people I have met. hmmm...really.

You can flame me all you want. I was just shocked and now I am very frustrated because I really want / wanted this!

Have a Great Day everyone.. despite all this... I just wanted to get this... stay off cigs and be happy. Did not work out... back to figuring out what will work for me. I had decided yesterday I was not posting any more ... but this last comment really got me... but this is the end of my posts so if you want to get sarcastic and nasty fine ...

In all sincerity, I do hope you find a mod that you're happy with Lina. We're all in this no-smoking thing together.

It's too bad PS doesn't offer the type of support you need because I do believe they make some of the best PVs out there.

I'm sorry that Pure Smoker's policy caused the OP to not go with a V3. It is really a remarkable device. Maybe Lina will find a device that brings as much satisfaction as my V3 has for me.

I don't blame PS for their policy. I totally understand where they're coming from.

I don't blame the OP either for the frustration. I totally understand where Lina is coming from too.

I am annoyed, however, at the folks who continue to troll this subforum looking for any bit of negative comments they can pounce on. About that, I am in total agreement with an earlier comment from BrockJ.

Like anim8r just said: we're all in this no-smoking thing together.

So we need to grow up and move on. Be helpful where you can. Offer support where you can. Choose your battles wisely. We have enough battles that require our energy and focus instead of continuing to bash known suppliers with a generally stellar reputation just because something didn't go your way once.

Also take into consideration that their policy is not aimed at you Lina, its the policy they have set forth for their business.

Think of it in these terms and it will make much more sense.....

If contacting a customer via the phone, cost more than 80$-120$ of their time, then it's not worth the time for making a sale worth 80$-120$

The avenue's of communication are there, I would suggest using them to answer your question.

This is almost saddening - people are still trying to justify the blatant disregard PS shows time and time again on the customer service front. Sure guys - the potential customer was wrong for wanting to speak to a vendor prior to ordering. My god. ;-)

Customer service is truly a dead art it seems. We know that firms are reducing the spend on customer service, but to come back to this customer who is simply asking for support and JUSTIFY a refusal to speak with them is outrageous. This is truly the wild west of retailing with e-cigs, and the strong will survive.

I can say that I have received AWESOME, personalized support from several other vendors (including phone support) - PM me for more information.

Wow, you guys have Casey responding to: email tickets, 3 different forum posts, twitter, you tube etc... not only only on a weekend, (which she does every weekend with little or no help from me) but on the weekend of her vacation!

Sounds like excellent customer service to me.

BTW: If an option such as media blasted isn't available when you order, it means it's out of stock.

Common sense says that a quick 5 minute phone conversation would have been LESS work for PS, would have satisfied the customer and would have eliminated this thread.
