Increasing levels of nicotinic alkaloids
Does the possibility of genetically engineered nicotine production
sorta shift the debate?
I mean there seems to be a default belief that e-cigs are near enough "tobacco"
to be treated within the same legal frameworks or under the same agency jurisdiction.
In fact one member recently told me that tobacco was the only "realistic" source.
Might we soon be puffing potato extract?
