PV holder - Common sizes?

I've been eyeing these wood PV holders for some time now but I can't justify dropping $40-$50 for a piece of wood with holes drilled in it when I can easily get a slab of wood and drill away myself.

I imagine a spade drill bit will work wonders but before I go and buy a whole set I was wondering if anyone that's done it before would mind sharing what size they used for which PV/accessory.

You don't have to spend that much, just have to go to the right place.
Especially if this is what you are refering to.

That is what I'm referring to but I'd like to customize it myself - i.e. fit a Silver Bullet, a Precise P18, 10 atomizers, 3-5-10-30ml bottles etc.
