My dad is currently a Green Smoke user and is spending a small fortune on their cartomizers. I'm trying to convince him to give other PVs a chance but one of his requirements is that the PV, cartos, and eliquid be USA made. Apparently Green Smoke is made in the USA (I thought they were imported from China... not sure on that one).

There is plenty of made in USA eliquid (Tasty Vapor being at the top of the list) so that's covered.

Can someone point me in the right direction as far as PVs and atomizers/cartridges/cartomizers?

Thanks!

Yeah I wouldn't put to much stock in that press release.

Besides the part that WW quoted above there is also the fact that if you look at their site, unless I missed it, I can't find anything on there saying they are USA made and that press release you linked to isn't found under their FAQ, News, or Blog sections on their site.

It looks like Green Smokes use cartomizers. I would get hold of one of those babies and try to refill it. It can't hurt to try! At least your dad could then save some money and try some new tasty flavors!

Most electronic products (even those with the logo of an American company) are manufactured in Asia.

All atomizers (and cartomizers) are made in China (some of them to U.S. supplier specifications). Many of the battery housings of mods are made in the US of A. The generic flashlight/camera batteries that go inside the housings are made in China, although one of the brands (Tenergy) is a U.S. company.

Some of the largest U.S. and European suppliers directly or indirectly oversee the manufacture of parts made to their specifications. For example, I believe that Janty invented the eGO, although it is manufactured by Joye in China.

Since your father likes cartomizers, why not point him toward Vapor4Life. He can watch videos of American Leaford right there in China, guiding the product development and manufacture. Blank Premium cartomizers filled with USA-made e-liquid on the Kr8's very effective battery are a cost-effective and father-satisfying way to go.

Please note this quote "That’s right…we oversee all the assembly of everyone of our products we offer." Which most likely means the parts are still made in China, but assembled in the US.
I might also mean that a Green Smoke representative is stationed in China overseeing the assembly, as Leaford does for V4L.

Green Smoke is a good pv, just more expensive. I found it too expensive but it does a good job. It originally got me off smoking so I have no complaints with them. It also got my son and dil off cigs. this to me was well worth the money and then some.

I have moved on, but if your dad is happy with it , and can afford it , then count the blessing that he is not smoking as worth the cash I would say.

Ohhh didn't think of that, thanks Don! To be fair to V4L I do not believe they ever claim 'Made In The USA' though :)

My guess is you're getting there but still not quite there yet. When words are chosen this cautiously it's usually for good reason. I happen to work for a company(not e-cig related) that for years now has oursourced most of it's mfg. overseas, incl. but not limited to China. A periodic trip by a rep. is even more likely than a rep. permanently stationed locally. Also, it would be very surprising if said contract manufacturer were not building very similar products for several US vendors simultaneously(not necessarily the identical design). The idea of them bringing parts to the US for assembly is highly unlikely in my view.
