IBTanked 19mm XL is a bit top heavy but it does work. When I was looking I think this is the smallest one I could find.

The 3.5ml DCT/SCT tanks are approximately the same diameter as an eGo. They are polypro, so cinnamon is fine. I have a couple.

It's the lower one:

They look kind of cheap, which they are. I got mine for $6.00 from Vapor Phoenix. They come loaded with a single-coil carto (you can use a dual coil in it if that's your thing), but I don't recommend buying replacement cartos from VP. I put Smoktech XLs in mine.

Thanks for the heads up. You should try buying some Ikenvape cartos. They are so much better than any carto I have used. The main ones that they sell are 801 fusions, so you have to buy a 501 to 801 adapter, might not look as flush but wow are those things good. Their 501 cartos are really good too, still better then boges or smoktechs in my opinion. But I want to try some 501 fusions people say they are just like the 801s. Really hard to get because they are literally always sold out so go on their mailing list.

I have one of these as well and it looks pretty great with my ego.

I second the ecig. 3 ml. With anything glass there is that breakage concern. I always tank with Pyrex. Light weight. I use a plier to hold the chrome cap firmly wheni take it apart to clean it. Twist slowly. Use common sense. I had in my purse and threw something hard and heavy in there. Finally broke one of 4 I've had since a summer form theEcig guy. 6ml slim and 3ml. I still have the 3 ml and I got it for my Ego Vv. was great. With or without that short cylindrical silver thread hider thingy to make it look all one piece. Takes the 35 mm long (standard) cartos. You won't have a out of stock problem because he's been around a long time, wholesales to people like Hoosiers and others. His pretty and I've never broken, Pyrex drip tips are class act simple go well nice understatement. I'm loyal to TheEcig because he helped get started when I was very green. And too many posts on here from long time posters talk about breakage but they are thicker since then , plus he's not an ECF vendor so loyalty is different because of that kind of thing sometimes. I've been wanting to say that for a long time.
