Q on Vamo V2 and Kanger EVOD

I can put together a kit with SS VAMO, charger and 4 Panasonic high quality 18650s for $40 from China.

Yes, I have been considering the deals on fasttech, but now I'm weighing out whether the difference in delivery time is worth the difference in price. Still undecided.

My last (first) fasttech order took about two weeks and I've seen reports on here of it taking a month or more.

Besides, I'm going to be deliberating and delaying the order anyway as I feel like I've been spending a lot lately on vape gear and can't really afford it.
