QP Fatality colour went off

Hi everyone I'm new to the community ..
I have a QP Fatality it got scratched and it's black colored. Can anyone tell me how to get that colour restored or fixed

Don't have that mod, but it appears that it has a "soft" coating? Matching the color might the the least of the problem. No way I can think of to match the texture or feel. Maybe a good hobby / craft shop has some ideas?
