had these quad coils for my TFV4 for about 4 or 5 days now i'm getting dry hits pretty frequently...the first couple of days i got buttery smooth thick clouds...now i'm getting smaller less thick clouds and dry hits i get dry hits doing anything 70w +...which is weird since i was doing 80-90w comfortably before...any ideas whats going on?

i'm currently using my RBA with stock coils running a pancake method on them...i got some coils ordered should come this weekend hopefully but any tips on what i can do to fix the quad coils til then?...i doubt they're bad already...that would be sad if they were...

BTW i did clean them out i put them in a warm water/vodka mix 3:1 blew them out every now and then and let them dry out later...and i re-saturated it when i wanted to vape the next day very well and i kinda got dry hits then, are they completely useless now?

Can't help with cleaning.
Can ask - How much have you vaped (ML) in those few days?

I still have the Quad-coil I installed New in mine. It is at about 100Ml running 80w.

*Note: I DIY my e-liquids and the one I run in the TFV4 is a Very Clean, light colored mix. A Creamy Hazelnut with about 16% total flavoring. 30p/70v

Temps to high can cook liquids and deminish flavor, make it nasty.
Temps to low can Gunk up the Coil and wicking, like a gelling effect.

Heavy Flavoring is non-productive in maintaining longevity in a Disposable head.

Build Deck could be your solution, as you can replace wicking as needed.

i'm not entirely sure...i've done about 30ml and maybe 10-20ml on another flavor after i cleaned it, 50-60ml tops

my juices are pretty much clear the only one thats slightly not clear is my first bottle but it was just SLIGHTLY off in a yellowish color very slightly(i'm assuming its the 3mg nic that steeped) running a 70/30 blend for the 30ml and a 80/20 on the other flavor

first flavor was a Platinum 3mg by liquid matter, very good flavor btw, i'd post a photo but my phone is completely dead.

i typically only get a dry hit with longer draws...i can do 7-10 sec draws(which i was doing the first couple days) but i'm getting dry hits around 5 seconds (which is what i'm doing now) according to the hit timer on my mod.
