the additional .2 (if it is truly .2 higher) helps. I have been having better luck lately with smoketech cartos. I have talked to others that agree with me, and many others that do not. So I am not sure what it is, but I seem to like the smoktech better. I am getting more days out of them.

Ty. Perhaps next ordering round I'll give em a shot.

I ordered my 5 volt with green led about 1 am Thursday. Got it today!! It's taken a couple hours to get he carto broke in but it's hitting great now. I've been vaping about 9 months and this is my first go at 5 volts. Got some cartos and higher ohm dual coils and some steel ce2s coming this week. I'm looking forward to going through all my old juices to see what they taste like at 5 volts. Oh, and the green led should also be called bright ... green! That thing about blinded me when I put the batteries in and hit the button. Thanks for the great service Steve!

Hello all...
I'm fairly new here and just wanted to stop in and say hello because in a very short while I will be joining the ranks of PHVFBM(People Happily Vaping Foxy Box Mods, LOL).My order is enroute and it's hard to think about anything else. This will be my first box mod but I'm sure it won't be my last...I'm already trying to figure out how to convince my wife that I need a VV.
And, just for the benefit of those who don't know, Steve is a prime example of the the type of company that you want to deal with. He is passionate about his product and it shows when dealing with him personally as well as through his seemingly constant presence in this thread. Keep up the good work Steve...I think you've got a lifetime customer. AND, he's my neighbor to boot! He lives only 3 minutes away from me. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get to do some beta testing on his next big project, lol.

Are you sure those 3 ohm dual coils cartos were 3 ohm, and not 2 ohm? They may be a little cool at 5v. I have heard the 2 ohm dual coils are magical at 5v.

If you did order the 3 ohm, you may need to buy a vv from me, so you can vape at around 6 or 6.5 volts :)

Here's what I ordered to try with my foxybox:

Smok Tech 3.2 ohm 510 Cartomizers
510 XL CE2 R4 Cartomizers, 2.8-3.0 ohm
Smok Tech 3.0 OHM Steel Dual Coil Cartomizer

Thanks Nate!

By the way, 3 minutes in a super sonic jet, 30 minutes by car :)

I guess I'll have to get some 2ohm ones too. The only ones I have now are the 1.25ohm from hoosiercig. Here's what I ordered:

Hi

I have been trying to use the Resurrectors in my VV in a tank without much luck. I open one up put a few drops in and run it for a few seconds in the VV box to make sure that it lights up and produces vapor. Then I punch a hole using my jig and insert it in my tank. Then I try it out and I might get a few puffs but then the carto dies. I've gone through 4 of the things already and can't figure it out. I can't believe that they are all dead out of the box. I have the voltage relatively low, somewhere under 4.5 volts.

What am I doing wrong?

On the other hand I've been using Smoktech's shorty dual coil in my smaller tanks and they rock. One of them is still going strong after a week so even though they are relatively expensive their longevity makes the cost cheap.
