I've seen the little buildings and mountains with tunnels, however I was real impressed with the two box cars that look old and used. You buy them that way or color them yourself? That looks soooo cool!!

Steve - you were into flying model planes, I have a top of the line e-station BC-8 battery charger and going to see if I can use it on these batteries. Maybe won't work on protected batts, but will see.

I'm vaping one right now that I picked up from Drew in person last night at Vapestock. I like it! I call it my Snotomizer because of the color of my favorite tobacco juice. I wish it had a smoke tint to it, you would still be able to see your juice level but not the actual color. Regardless, I'm loving the vape and flavor of these! I'll report back after I've had a few days on these. I'm also running some of their colossal dual carto's on the 5v box, very nice as well.

Okay, so I wanted to check in with folks.. It's been a few days with my 3.7 foxy box... and I love it!

The performance with Boge cartos is amazing. With eGos and Rivas I've sent Boges in the trash after a couple days (burnt taste/brown filler, and I do top off often), but I'm getting extended life out of them now -- very pleased. Vaped at work a bit, the Boges aren't SO loud that I can't get away with it. They just seemed super loud in comparison to a coned carto.

Also, the dual coils have grown on me. Especially the clear ones, which I did not like at first. Topping off with these isn't as easy as the Boges, but a .... plug on the end, little taryn spin/sugar packet shaking and I'm good to go.

The way this box has been performing is awesome. The batteries charge SO FAST! The vape is consistent from start to battery depletion, and I've had zero leaking issues. It is the perfect size for me, and with the master off switch I can throw it in my purse or pocket and not worry about it one bit.

My only regret.... Is not ordering the 5v at the same time! I've been spending so much lately--I'm trying to slow down. I set myself a budget and once I can spend again, this will be my first purchase!! (probably white, maybe with an LED this time!!)

Yeah, you are gonna love the 5v. I have a 3.0Ω Boge on mine, and like to use it off and on during the day for those times I want a little extra kick, and different flavor juice, over my 3.7v's

Well I'm really looking forward to getting my 5V box mod tomorrow I hope. I have never had a HV device before. I started with a Joye 510 and then a eGo for the last few months.

I see that many are using 3.0 ohm Boge carto's on the 5V and report great results. I used Boge carts on my eGo but they were very lackluster producing very little vapor and minimal TH. But I guess they work much differently on a 5V box mod. I still have a few of these carts left over from months ago and I am looking forward to trying them on my box mod when it arrives.

I will come back and review after I've had a chance to try it for a day or two.

I lent out my 5v to a buddy of mine who wanted to try vaping (he has my eGos as well) but, whadduyaknow? He likes 5v vaping better He really likes Boba's Bounty a lot, and I even brought all of my menthol liquids over but he likes Boba's. He also likes the Warm Sugar Cookie, and he said, "Wow, never thought I'd be smoking a cookie." lol!

I want to ask about the batteries. Do they exactly have to be 14500 type batteries? Or just 900mAh 3.6v liIon? Will regular AA's work? He's got my box, but I didn't bring a charger and he'll need a separate set if he wants to only use the 5v but, he doesn't have paypal and wants to try and find them locally. Any advice for such a situation?

I have an idea, if you vouch for him, tell him to mail me a money order, and I can ship him a set of batteries and a charger tomorrow morning. I can do first class shipping for $3, and priority shipping for $5.25. 1 set of batteries, and a charger is $20.

AA batteries are only 1.5 volts. A lithium 14500 is 4 volts. Big difference. 2 double AA batteries in parallel would only give you 3 volts. Would not produce anything.

Let me know if he wants to mail me a check or money order.

Well, I'll get ahold of him in a little while on the xbox. He wouldn't need a charger though, I'm just going to let him have one of mine I've got 2. I told him that if he likes it (vaping) still after a week, that I want my box back, lol! I'd really let him borrow it for as long as he needed (til he can buy his own), but I know he really loves your 5v box. More on this later!
