Too bad the english paper's story is filled with BP shills lobbyist opinion and other meaning less crap....

The french paper Lapresse articles yes 2 of them are very positive and do not contain any BP shills comment.. and the expand more on the study being released Friday Jan 23rd by the Montreal Chest Institute | McGill University Health Centre. The study consisted of 179 people who had medical issues and smoked, 75 people opted for e-cigs and 104 for the pharma solution, 43% of the 75 completely stopped smoking while only 33% of the 104 people stopped smoking with the pharma solution..

The french headline is much better..

This is the section you are talking about..
It is a reference to the paragraph before it, where the l'INSPQ talks about stopping access to it by mineurs (minors).. and the response is below..

They seem to want to put in the same rules/laws to vaping as in cigs, problem is those laws will make it very difficult for existing smokers to try vaping in a b&m location.
For me if I wasn't allowed to test juices or devices in a store I don't think I could've quit
