Hey All,

Not sure why, but ever since someone posted a Slim for trade in the classys the other day (I did not get it), I've been obsessed with getting me one. I know the battery life will probably suck, and the vapor production with a bat that small has gotta be weak - I really want to get my hands on one regardless.

So, I put up a WTB ad - if I do get someone that wants to part with theirs, can you guys give me an idea of what I should expect to pay for either version? I know there was an all brass version and that's the one I want. Was the other version nickel only, or were there more?

I'm searching all the GG sites and trying to find one available for you.
Nevermind they're all sold out on every site.

Off topic I just saw a picture of my stealth and my hand on bitfumo :) that makes me so happy to see

They were around 70.00USD brand new. You could probably find one on the classys for around 70-100 depending on how rare/old it is.

The battery life is quite short (I can use up a battery within about 30mins of pretty constant vaping), but the Slim is not weak by any means, unless you compare it to an HV mod. You need to maintain them, by which I mean cleaning the threads and contact points (at least the older brass/alu versions), but mine are still going strong after 2 years - in fact I was using the V3 pictured below today - I use them when outdoors.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Slims I have pictured are a V3 and a V1. The V2 is shown above in pics 3 and 4 by silentt (it had less-rounded endpieces than the V1).

Also pictured is my V3 with HV extension and AFSv2 with V1 below, though I only use my e-Cigs in 3.7V mode these days.
I hope you can find one in the classifieds, with a little regular care they are very dependable. The V3 was designed for protected 10440s, but it takes IMR safe chemistry 10440s just fine (maybe the occasional one requires a spacer magnet).
