Ocelot, thank you so much. It's what I have been looking for. Can you let me know where I can get premium carts for the tanks?
I'm sorry for asking so many questions..

The tanks at Valley View Vapes come with a pre-installed carto. They also sell replacement cartos, that Ray (the owner) will punch for you. I should have mentioned that he might not be taking orders for a couple of days. He's a one man show and has gotten a lot of orders recently. Here are links to his supplier's thread and his weekly contest thread:

And don't worry about ever asking too many questions! That's what ECF is for! ;)

Just use a decent XL carto . No tank. Jeez... An XL cartomizer is 9mm wide and 45mm long. The 5mm length of the 510 threaded connector base is not include in the carto length measurement.

Cartomizers can produce excellent vapor but there is a learning curve involved. I use LR XL cartos. The Smoktech XL holds 1.8 ml of liquid. I vape a little more than 2 ml per day. I can vape the 2.0 ohm XL carto at regulated 3.7V for 2-3 hours before I get a dry hit, then I need to top off with about .7 ml of liquid. If I vape the 1.7 ohm XL I have to top off three times as often, not because I'm using more liquid but because the carto runs that much warmer at 3.7V and needs more liquid in the carto for adequate cooling. At regulated 3.7V, a 1.7 ohm LR is easy to burn if run too dry. Carto tanks are a big help here.

Carto tanks solve a lot of issues with cartos by keeping the filler fully saturated at all times. I don't use carto tanks because I put a premium on the ability to carry my APV comfortably and without leaking in my front jeans pocket.

See post # 23.

I just reread the OP, I didn't realize you had a mini. Here is what the VVV 5ml look like on mine. The second picture is of my "out and about" set-up: a 650mAh eGo w/ and IBTanked 19mm XL tank.

The Provari mini is a nice APV. I use the Smoktech E-Power 14650. The E-power has a 1050 mAh battery and is .5 inch longer than the Mini. The Mini has better voltage regulation and VV capability with boost-type electronics and a 700 mAh battery. Still, I'm sticking with the E-Power for a pocket friendly device.

Yes I own a provari mini, legacy mini, and ego mini. When I go out, I want the PV to be the shortest length as possible. Thanks for the pictures.. it's so much easier to visualize it with the tank on the PV, vs pics of the tank itself..

wow, the 19mm ibtank looks great! I wish it was a little shorter though :(

how many hours do you get with the e-power? Does it compare to the ego-mini/legacy mini?

I love my provari and nothing can compare to it, but I can't carry a flashlight around me all the time..

It depends. If I have brand new 1050 mAh 14650 ICR batteries (Trustfire Blue) I can get 6 hours off the 14650 battery. If the batteries are 30 charge cycles old I may get 5 hours off the batteries. I vape a little more than 2 ml per day. I can buy the Trustfire ICR batteries directly from China for less than $4.00 apiece. The E-Power 14650 is .5 inches longer than the Provari mini, but it's a lot thinner (17 mm) in diameter.

not bad.. I really dislike the ego mini's (love the size though). I think part of it is due to it owning the provari and legacy.
That's why I am searching for a super tiny short tank. I think I'm going to go with ocelet's advice, but I noticed they are all sold out on the tanks :(

It won't be for long. Ray makes them himself and is catching up with orders.
