    No you can't
Not really a question but I do have something in mind. Like to see where this leads us.

post as many times as you want going anywhere and any place with the subject matter only.

    Revelation 5:5

Behold the Lion of the tribe of Judah the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and loose its seventh seals.

    Subject matter : Lion

Go anywhere and everywhere but bring your flashlight with you and have fun. :)

My thoughts are on this verse is all about the Lion and what He's going to do and then switch’s direction to the question what is this Lion which brings me to Genesis 49:9 Now I start seeing Jesus all over the Hebrew Scripture's and I mean all over.

I see Him being Blessed by our the Father, The beginning of our Faith, Took on our sins, I look at Him as symbolized of my faith and on and on.

When I picture Jerusalem back when Judah was the Capital (I see the Lion) then I see a major city where all business and important things were done and the Temple.

So where does the Lion take you?

Okay. Sorry I took so long to answer, but I did a little research, prayer, and thought on this. I'm going to go with just the word 'lion.' Here goes.....

    1. Lion - King of the animal kingdom.
    2. Lion - regal
    3. Lion - protector of his pride.
    4. Lion - deadly
    5. Lion - a leader (you can be king and not be a leader)
    6. Lion - admired
    7. Lion - powerful (muscular)
    8. Lion - courageous
    9. Lion - loved by many. (I love lions!)
    10. Lion - patient (when hunting)
    11. Lion - feared
    12. Lion - commands respect
    13. Lion - consistent
    14. Lion - masculine
    15. Lion - noble
    16. Lion - statuesque
    17. Lion - victorious
    18. Lion - wonderous
    19. Lion - majestic

Okay, that's all I could come up with. Is this what you had in mind? Some of these could be redundant. What are yours, MM? :)

I posted without reading any other posts, before I lost my list in the dark recesses of my fibro fog mind.

Yes, I read Genesis 49:9. Jesus is all over the Old Testament. You'd think that the Jews would know from Isaiah 53. They don't have a Bible of Old Testament books. There are certain reasons why most Jews did not receive Jesus as the coming Messiah. I remember 2 off the top of my head, but will have to pull out my book on Judaism to get the 3rd reason. I might be able to do it online.

Judah was a tribe, from the 12 tribes of Israel...Jacob, (which is why Jacob was called Israel) and Jesus was a descendant from that tribe. Just like the priests came from the Levite tribe, Judah was called the tribe that kings descended from, including King David, which is why, Scripture refers to Jesus as the Lion of Judah. Jesus isn't just a king He is THE Lion of Judah .... the pinnancle. Let me know if this doesn't make any sense.

You contributed a very interesting thread. I hope we're not through with this, though. Like you, I think this could turn into an extremely revealing thread. Great job, MM! (I just have to tell you, though. When I was just a little person, there was a cartoon called Mighty Mouse. My sister and I never missed it! When I saw your screen name, I had to read it a couple of times!)

I watched mighty mouse and superman al the time growing up.

YEA - I seen that also it leads us to so many places where we see Jesus. I always wonder what did Jesus really mean when He said the Scripture He can be found in all of it. I think something like this is what He was getting at like getting into your car and drive all over and see Jesus.

    GOOD STUFF keep it coming.

There were 2 more attributes that I didn't have on my original post. I had them written down and then forgot I wrote it down.

    20. Lion - honor
    21. Lion - loyal

There has to me more that I'm missing. MM, what was on your list?

How can you get into your car and not see Jesus? He is everywhere and in everything. I'm sure you know that 9 out of 10 scientists that try to disprove Jesus winds up getting saved. :)
