I just received an order and I think my atty is DOA.
This has never happened to me before from GP, and I have ordered a number of the LR 510 attys from GP that still work like new.
Now, I'm not really complaining here, but more curious about any procedures you use at GP to confirm an atty is truly bad. If this is something I can do easily, like some of the other attys out there, then I might prefer to just fix it, and save everyone the time and shipping.
So far, this is what I did to test it. I first used it on my Joye eGo fully charged 650 battery with 1 drop of e-juice on the wick, and one more, just to primer it a bit. No dice, nothing happened. Then I blew out the juice, and dried the excess with a paper towel, and tried again. Nothing. Tried another battery, then a 3.7v PT and a 5V PT. I tested them all, to make sure the atty didn't mess up the batteries, and everything else works just fine. So I'm about 95% sure this is DOA. The other 5% is reserved for any suggestions here. What do you think?
