testing new attys

I'm finally getting all my extra collected and I'm wondering how ya test new atomizers. Got all five of my new batteries charged and they all seem to work. What do ya do with the attys? I'm not worried about the primer taste or any of that, just want to see if they're gonna work re: warranty situations. Wouldn't I want to know if they are DOA just in case I need to send them back asap? Do I hook them up, prime and puff? Thought I read somewhere about using a new atty with different flavors no? If thats the case then I wouldn't want Marlboro on my RY4. Or chocolate in my peanut butter. LOL dawnlori

Dawn--just hook up a battery to them and take 2 drags--they will fire right up if they good--no need for juice--but only do 2 drags--there is plenty of primer on there so that it will not hurt them--I get in bulk orders of them and do this to each of them so I know they work before I put them away and the warranty is long gone-------Sun

Thanks so much, I knew it would be something simple but I just wanted to make sure. I have bought my stuff from highly recommended suppliers so I wasn't really worried, just wanted to weed out any DOA issues. Have a good one! dawnlori
