question about blank cartridges

alright i'll look into cartos. but is it bad to drip on a cartridge and leave it in there for a later time? like if i'm going to a bar can i drip, leave it in there, then smoke later so i don't have to drunkenly drip at the bar?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Drip on a cartridge? That's how you fill them. Are we talking about cartridges or cartomizers? You can fill a cart or a carto and leave it on your PV, yes. If you fill a carto and leave it off the PV then you want to put the condom cups on each end so they don't dry out. If you mean drip on a atty and leave, yes you can do that too but I'm not sure why you would want to do that.

Yes, leave it in there. In fact when you fill a carto it is best to let it sit for about 15'-30 min for best flavor. You can leave it for a long time. I am currently using cartos that I filled 6 months ago. Just make sure you are using the carto condoms that came with it.

Wow! Why would you fill them six months ahead of time?
What purpose does that serve? Not saying you should or shouldn't just asking why you do.
Personally I don't believe the flavor will be any different in 30 minutes than it is if you fill and then vape it.

Hiya, kinglurk; welcome!
Not 100% sure about the Ego, as I own the Joye 510, but the empty carts that come installed on the atomizers are just that; empty cartridges.
You can fill them with your choice of filler and vape them as you would any other cartridge.
Most people have abandoned carts (cartridges) in favor of cartos (cartomizers). Less hassle.
I still am on cartridges (modified, but still cartridges). They work for me, as I DIY and try out a lot of flavors.
I will order cartomizers in the future, soon as I find out which are the best.
I'm trying to find out which of them have no fiberfill and don't leak, etc..
So many choices...
