I wouldn't put it as gift either or you lose recourse. I put mine as money sent.

Mention e-cigs, or anything close, and accounts have been frozen.
Paypal does not allow a number of legal products to be traded with its services and the account owners have to jump through a number of hoops to get their money out.
(Have a friend who makes his living selling rifle and pistol magazines so knew of their actions before I found PV's because his account was frozen.)
