Question about cartomizers

I buy the Boges for $5.99 a 5 pack and usually change them out every week...not because they are bad, I just like fresher taste. I have had them last me up to 10 days too. I vape 100% VG, but no dark juices.

I feel fortunate they only cost pennies per day.
I believe operating each coil at 5 watts provides good service life and minimal burning.

What do you consider "long lasting?" I think weeks for the price is a pretty "long" time.

If a high durability, long lasting carto were made you would just pay a lot more for it. 5 BOGE easily last me a month. If they made a carto that lasted a month I would expect to pay as much as I did for the 5 pack. Supply and demand, and meeting revenue and net income goals.

Plastic is far superior to metal because it is a better insulator and keeps the heat where you want it. Good luck finding a plastic carto that lasts a long time
