Question about cartomizers

My first attempt at vaping was with a gas station e-cig. I gave up within days due to the fresh cartridges allowing e-liquid to get into my mouth. Are cartomizers the same? Does the drip tip stop that?

Some delivery systems do it more than others. It can still happen with cartos, though its less of a problem.

Gas station ecigs have a relatively tight draw, so you're probably used to really pulling on them. With any good clearo, carto, tank, etc the trick is a fairly slow even draw. That will help virtually eliminate the "spit-back".

Thanks, I have noticed with clearos, a slower shallower draw lessens the chance of a dry hit.
